1. RATES: Rates will vary based upon
the country and city you are calling.
2. PRICING: Prices are subject to change without any
notice.
3. CARD OR PIN LOSS: Carrier will not be held liable
for card credits, and or credits in the event of card loss or unauthorized
use.
4. QUALITY OF SERVICES: Except as otherwise provided
in this agreement, the carrier makes no guarantee, warranty or representation
expressed or implied, regarding the condition, merchantability or fitness
of the information or communications services offered.
5. REFUND POLICY: The used portion of the pin will
not be refunded. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the service,
the unused money will be refunded within 5 business days after notice.
6. CREDITS: "BIP communications" always tries
its best to keep the high quality service standard by connecting better
carrier and whole seller for itscustomers. But in no circumstances,
any credit will be issued for any dropped, missed or incomplete connected
calls through the carriers.
7. PAYPHONES SURCHARGES: Public payphone may incur
additional charges upto 75 cents per call. Payphones includes: Public
Payphones, certain phones in the hotel, Motel, Dormitory, Universities
and some Community Apartment Complexes etc.
8. EXPIRATION: All Pins and physical cards of "BIP
WORLD TELECOM SERVICE" never expire.
9. ROUNDING: All usage's will be rounded in 1 minuets
increments with some exceptions.
10. ANNOUNCED MINUTES: Total amount of balances and
minutes available, country you calling.
11. TAXES & SURCHARGES: All applicable Taxes and
Surcharges apply on announced amount with no exceptions.
