Using a pre-paid phone card is quick and easy. Though the details vary by card, the instructions are on the back of the card. Usually, you simply dial an 800 toll-free access number, wait for a prompt to ask you for your pin number (printed on the back of the card), and dial the number you want to call. You will be told how long you can talk on the current balance of the card. If you finish your call before it expires, you can use the card on another call.

Our cards can be used from any touch-tone telephone. You can call from your home, office, payphones and even cell phones (there is an additional fee mandated by the FCC for use from payphones which is usually about 50¢).

Almost any of our phone cards can be used to call anywhere in the world. Each different card, however, is targeted to have the best rates for a specific country or region.

Our rates on our cards do not change for peak times. You can call anytime of the day or night and get the same low rate. On some of our competitor's cards, you have to call early in the morning or late at tonight to get the posted rate, at other times it can be much higher. Also, some low-cost phone cards don't have the capacity to handle the volume necessary for their business, so you end up with a card you can't use during peak evening calling times. Though we sometimes network problems beyond our control we work hard to maintain enough capacity to eliminate any "System Busy" problems on our cards.

Currently all our pre-paid products are for calls originating in the USA. We anticipate having a card available for international origination in the near future. Check with us from time to time for announcements.

If for some reason you have a problem with our cards, there is a toll-free Customer Service number associated with each card. On most of our cards, this is answered 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Our biggest selling cards are targeted for calling within the USA and Bangladesh, India & Pakistan. If you would like to call any other country, contact us with the name of the country(s) you will be calling and we will find the best card for you. We can also send you complete rate decks for a specific card, telling you the price for each country. Our other cards, for instance, have good rates in Central and South America, Europe and even the Pacific Rim.

In cards that are not rechargeable, simply throw the card away and purchase a new one.
